- Legal Notice – All notices from Sky Rentals Beach Services, LLC (“Sky Rentals”) will be included in your confirmation email and are deemed delivered once sent.
- Electronic Signature – Electronic signatures are legally binding and equal to handwritten signatures.
- Use of Site – Information may contain errors and may change without notice. Sky Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders.
- Privacy Policy – Customer information is confidential and is not sold or shared.
- Agreement – By accepting terms, the customer agrees to all conditions even without a physical signature.
- Equipment Responsibility – Customer assumes full responsibility for equipment upon delivery until return.
- Delivery –
We strive to deliver on time but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
Customers must report issues within 24 hours.
Sky Rentals provides delivery only. We do NOT provide setup, installation, or placement on the beach or any location.
Customer is responsible for proper use and placement. Changes after delivery may incur additional fees. - Self Pickup / Return – No-show fee: $25. Rental continues until returned.
- Buyout – Not available.
- Rental Term – Late returns extend rental and may include a 10% penalty.
- Returns – Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition.
- Cancellation Policy – 5+ days → 90% refund (fees non-refundable) Within 3 days → 85% refund No refunds for no-shows, early returns, or on-site cancellations No refunds due to weather if customer does not notify in advance
- Use & Maintenance – Equipment must not be altered or repaired by customer.
- Reporting Issues – Must be reported immediately.
- Payment – Payment is due in advance. Credit card required on file.
- Credit Card – Customer authorizes charges for damages or additional services.
- Equipment Location – Equipment cannot be moved without written approval.
- Inspection – Sky Rentals may inspect equipment at any time.
- Accessories – Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
- Warranty Disclaimer – Equipment is rented “as-is” with no warranties.
- Indemnification – Customer assumes all liability for use.
- Legal Fees – Customer responsible for legal costs if enforcement is required.
- Payment Issues – Late fees: 10% per month Customer responsible for collection and bank fees
- Payment Processor – Payments processed via PayPal.
- Governing Law – Florida law, Broward County jurisdiction.
- Sales Tax – Florida tax applies unless exempt.
- Coupons – Only one discount per order.
- Store Hours –
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
Equipment must be returned by 5:30 PM or late fees may apply. - Miscellaneous – Services may be limited by location.
- Copyright – All content belongs to Sky Rentals Beach Services, LLC.
- Trademark – All trademarks belong to respective owners.
